When booking an elopement package on this site; there is a 20% retainer that is non-refundable. Your initial payment may be equal to or more than this amount, but the retainer is still 20%. Our work begins at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation, the retainer amount is retained to cover work performed and retainers paid to our vendor team to reserve your date. All other funds paid towards your package are refundable up until 90 days prior to the wedding date.You may also reschedule your event at no charge up until 45-days prior to your wedding date; when rescheduling within that 45-daywindow there will be a $500 rescheduling fee.

Holidays & Premium Dates
Holidays & Premium Dates
Elopements on holidays, holiday weekends and premium dates require a rate adjustment. Premium dates are defined as those with repeating numbers such as 01/23/23 or 01/01/23. Holidays are all major US holidays and any long weekends associated with the holiday. The rate adjustment for these dates may range from $400 to $1000. Please inquire via email before choose a holiday or premium date.

Remote Elopement Coordinator
A professional elopement coordinator is available to you throughout planning via phone, email or text. Your Elopement Coordinator will assist you with obtaining the necessary permit, setting up your schedule, provide local recommendations, answer any questions you may have along the way, and check in with you for a final review of all your arrangements. Rest assured our onsite team, your Officiant and Photographer, are capable of perfectly coordinating everything on the wedding date exactly as it has been planned.
Local Elopement Concierge
We understand that planning an elopement from afar can be quite daunting. We are here to help you plan the best overall experience possible, well beyond what's included in your elopement package. Some examples of what we help with: travel planning advice, hotel and restaurant recommendations, advice on what to do and see in Northern Arizona, tour bookings and more.
Ordained Wedding Officiant
Your wedding officiant will reach out in advance of your wedding date to assist you in crafting the perfect wedding ceremony. They will offer ceremony templates for your review and work with you on personalizing the wording to reflect your own personal values. On the wedding date, your officiant will guide you through every aspect of the ceremony and facilitate the signing of the marriage license. They will also take care of filing the license with the appropriate County afterwards.
Professional Photography
This package includes 1.5 hours of professional photography. Photography will begin with your wedding ceremony and be followed by a newlywed photo session at the same location. You can expect approximately 100+ images per hour of photography time. We provide a link to a personal online gallery with 25+ sneak peek images within 7 days of the wedding date. The remaining photos are posted to the same gallery within 1 month. You may order prints and products from within your gallery or download the images for printing at a lab of your choice. We provide a print release and access to download all the high-resolution images at no additional charge.
